Carlow Town is convenient to the major entry points into Ireland, with Dublin, Dun Laoghaire and Rosslare ferry ports all within a reasonable driving time of approximately 60 minutes. Dublin and Waterford Airports are a similar drive time. All international airlines fly into Dublin Airport, while Waterford Airport is served by a twice-daily direct route from London Luton.
