We are looking to fill the role of Leisure Programme Manager for our busy Junior Summer Camp.
This role is a temporary position commencing in May 2018 and ending mid-August 2018. It is a fun and rewarding role that requires plenty of organisational skills and enthusiasm.

Job Description
Responsible for the delivery of a varied, appealing and beneficial programme to international students in the age range 11-17.
In conjunction with the Management Team, reviewing and evaluating the range of offerings and suppliers for quality and value.
Managing relationships with external suppliers such as venues, tour operators, agencies, transport companies.
Promoting events to all students through posters and display monitor.
Responsible for staff roster for excursions and activities.
Attending and leading a number of activities each week.
Attending weekly Group Leader’s Meetings to understand satisfaction levels and suitability of programme offerings.
Working with the management team to identify new offerings of activities to cater for students from all cultures/relevant countries which are not necessarily fully catered for at present.
Responsible for running activities programme in line with Best Practice Guidelines, Child Protection and Safety.
Responsible for management and maintenance of materials and equipment.
Personal Specification
A graduate or professional with experience of setting up events, working as part of a team and within a budget
A basic understanding of promotional marketing and local promotion.
Organised and methodical with strong attention to detail (grammar, spelling, etc.)
Ability to project-manage the role and communicate with all relevant parties.
Experience and knowledge from an education environment preferable and with international experience a considered advantage.
Willingness to adhere to the company’s approach and processes
Ideal Candidate will have excellent organisational skills, confident presenter and strong interpersonal skills, competence in IT and using all MS packages, a consummate professional with the ability to build rapport with students, flexible and patient possessing an ability to manage competing demands.
Must be available to work on Wednesday evening (July only) and to oversee excursion departures on Saturday mornings.
